Each of our classes are designed to give you a full body workout from head-to-toe. Our choreography, mixed with light hand weights, will help you tone and strengthen your muscles. Rather than RPM style cycling, we ride together with the beat of the music.

Our high-intensity signature 45-minute workout is a true “cardio party on a bike.” This class incorporates the entire body with choreographed, beat-based moves that will get your blood flowing and heart pumping! While riding to candlelight, you’ll get lost in the music but most importantly, you’ll FIND YOUR ZEN. If you’re just getting started or if you want to dig into some of the basics, this is the perfect class for you! This 45-minute interactive workshop is a chance for you to understand all aspects of the Zenergy method. In this 3-series class you will find the right bike set-up, learn how to clip in and out of the bike, and learn how to operate the bike, all while riding to the beat of music. *For individual class descriptions on each 101 class, please refer to the “Locations” tab.

Ride stronger than ever before with this 60-minute calorie scorching workout. This workout is designed for those riders that want that extra burn. SWEAT, INSPIRE, and TRANSFORM, all while riding to the beat of the music. It’s amazing what an extra 15 minutes can do!
